Everyone was helpful and very hospitable. Really enjoyed the individual and clean room in good condition. This was a stunning location near the beachfront, all the pubs are located and nearest shop. The food we tried was good and they have lots of meals to choose from.

Loved the beachfront location with clean pool and plenty of sun loungers. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially in arranging transportation to the full moon party and other islands. And the individual bungalows were really comfy, with hot water and good wifi. a perfect spot for a relaxing beach getaway with all the amenities you need.
While the beach location was great, there weren't many shops or restaurants nearby, about a 10-minute walk away. Sometimes, ordering food at the restaurant was a bit challenging as they forgot our orders a few times, but they were very apologetic.

The rooms at Phangan Lodge were cozy and comfortable, and I loved having a kitchen equipped with a fridge. It felt like a home away from home! The air-conditioned rooms with private bathrooms were a major bonus too.
I didn't really enjoy the tile/marble floor in the rooms. It felt a little too cold and impersonal for my liking.

I chose to visit Haad Thian Beach during my stay in Baan Tai and I was pleasantly surprised by the location of Phangan Lodge. The hotel also features complimentary wireless Internet access and tour/ticket assistance, which were unexpected bonuses. the onsite international cuisine restaurant with ocean views and brunch was a delightful dining experience. the hotel exceeded my expectations.
Limited nearby shops and restaurants. Room darkness, unclean bathroom, lack of toilet roll, and unhelpful staff.

I had always wanted to visit Phaeng Waterfall and I chose Phangan Lodge because of its great location. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless Internet access and tour/ticket assistance provided by the hotel. The Pantip Food Market and Thongsala Walking Street were definitely worth exploring for shopping, and the onsite international cuisine restaurant with its ocean views and brunch was a delightful experience.
No top sheet on the bed, just a blanket. Limited staff availability, but luckily the bungalow assigned to me had the key in it.

During our stay at Phangan Lodge, we were pleasantly surprised by the stunning beach views from our balcony. The bungalow was spacious and inviting, with a comfortable bed and a well-functioning air conditioning system. The lush garden and divine pool added to the overall ambiance of relaxation. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to all parts of the island on a scooter. we had a fabulous experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Legendary parties with international DJs, beautiful sunset on secluded beach, free WiFi and parking, helpful staff. Cons: My favorite part was when I had to explore the natural beauty of Ban Thai Beach and Tong Sala Beach because there wasn't much else to do.

The hotel's decoration had a lovely touch of elegance with its vintage furniture and cozy ambiance. The general areas were well-maintained and provided a comfortable space for relaxation. , the hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with ramps and handrails conveniently placed, making it easy to navigate around the premises.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff in planning activities and excursions suitable for senior guests.
